Cut the snack!
You know what? I had enough of myself keep wanting to snack on sweet stuffs. Now I am just sick of myself! Even now i been trying to work out at least 2 times a week, I just feel i have bloat up so much... AGRH! I can't even do work properly. Every 5 mins my mind will start thinking i need ice cream, i need chocolate, cookies..... Man..That's it! I have stop buying Oreo cookies and ben n jerry that is on discount. Uh huh...Nope...Nil, None...Zero!
Let's see how long i can last.... mmm...
